New Van Prettiness & Markets

So Marsh Pig got a new look!

Our beloved Bertie Berlingo can only carry so much stock and we were struggling to get the human in the van to actually drive it, due to lack of space, when we do 2 day events, so we thought, what a marvellous idea it would be to get a larger van…..a inspired business decision ……..then Covid happened!

We were of course planning to do some markets but the world had a different idea, so like many of you we have learnt to adapt. She will however get her outing in December, fingers crossed, so if you see us out and about give us a beep!

We used an amazing local graphic designer Kaarin Wall and she coupled with CIM signs & graphics did the rest, awesome people, very professional.

No matter, how pretty is our new van!! which can be packed full of free range Charcuterie goodies. We will obviously be making the most of it when we go to any market we can possibly go to this year!!

Our busiest month of the year for markets is November so you can imagine how delighted we are to be in lockdown and how much stock we have. However, you wonderful people have supported us brilliantly online and through the many amazing delis and farm shops we supply and let us tell you how grateful we are to you for your continued unwavering support.

Buying from a small local business has never been more crucial and isn't it wonderful to get that personal touch, knowing you can pick up the phone and ask us any questions.

Shelf life on all our products is well into the New Year, the sliced Salami is already into late February and don't forget it's an ambient product so you can post it, or get us to send it anywhere in the UK, without the risk of it going off and indeed wrap it up and pop in under the tree!
